DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for employee retention as well as attrition.
Regular coverage of the customers as required by the customer segments
Value added programs like wellness talks, health zones, on site screening, personalized customer service through facilities like preferred customer card, cashless facilities, corporate desk services as required by the segment customer belongs to.
CME initiatives with the corporate physicians to build referral base for the internal consultants and further education and awareness for referral physicians.
Identifying new corporate and tie ups for IP and health checks- pre employment, annual health checks
Explore opportunities for Occupational Health Centers for large corporate or manufacturing corporate with requirements for OHCs.
Renewal of existing corporate/TPA agreement in certain time frame.
Management of TPA/corporate desk for smooth cashless hospitalization
Works evenings, nights, week-ends and holidays according to the schedule compiled by the head of department.
Monitors clinical and other established indicators to ensure ongoing quality assurance.
Strictly adheres to organizations regulations and policies especially those related to infection control, patient safety and JCI.
Supports Continuous Quality Improvement and participates and contributes to all the quality assurance activities of the service.
Participates and contributes in scheduled in-service training programs like ACLS, BLS, CNEs, CMEs, In house activities, conferences or other programs as requested.
Exercises effective interpersonal skills in dealings with department staff, associates and Management.
Maintains confidentiality as per the agreement signed.
Demonstrates the ability to listen to others in promoting effective communication.
Develops thorough understanding of policies and procedures of the hospital and Demonstrates respect for them.
Carries out other duties when requested by the Head of department.
Serves as a resource to others.
Supports and/or participates in payment collection.

Qualification, License, Education, Experience, Special Skills
BSC/B.Pharma /MBA with a valid Degree.
Ability to work in group across the hospital and as a member of team.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Comprehensive knowledge of their work with particular reference to the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of his / her patients and adhere to bylaws, rules & regulations of the medical organization
Excellent command of oral & written Hindi & English.
Sound Computer skills including knowledge of MS word & Excel
