We invite applications for the following position:

Position: Senior Executive/ Deputy Manager- Training & Development

Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with the Sr. Management / Corporate and identifying the training need across location.
  • Co-coordinating all departmental training as per accreditation bodies.
  • Ensure corporate training programs are implemented at the unit levels.
  • Coordinating Calendar programs (Technical & Process & Quality) & Project Specific Training based on the requirements from the projects
  • Planning and implementation of accreditation based training programs Standardization of training across the unit.
  • Responsible for JCI and NABH training programs Coordination with Identified Faculty and Trainees, Ensuring the conduction of sessions planned, Feedback collection and ensuring the conduction of tests for all training.
  • Liaison with external vendors and local learning service providers to fulfill training based on the business requirement.
  • Taking care of induction and training & development.
  • Preparing and documenting the training record reports for all the NH Health City employees and presenting it to the Center head and department heads and corporate.
  • Generating training hours report for all NH Health City employees on monthly basis and reporting it to senior management.
  • Documentation and updating task analysis and Participation in Quality & audit report. Actively participate in Organizational Development activities.
  • To ensure staff training is met as per compliance standards.
  • Candidates with relevant work experience would be preferred. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Required Candidate profile

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field
Experience: 3-8 Years
  • Proven work experience as a in L& D or as training manager
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage teams effectively
  • Strong report writing and record keeping ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
