Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Planning:
Responsible for customer relationships and cash / credit business revenues across all customer segments- Retail (Referral) Marketing, Corporate (PSUs, Private, TPAs, Govt) through.
Regular coverage of the customers as required by the customer segments
Value added programs like wellness talks, health zones, on site screening, personalized customer service through facilities like preferred customer card, cashless facilities, corporate desk services as required by the segment customer belongs to.
CME initiatives with the corporate physicians to build referral base for the internal consultants and further education and awareness for referral physicians.
Networking with Corporate bodies like CII, ASSOCHAM, FICCI and the others to ensure Hospitals visibility as a leading corporate healthcare provider in Bangalore / Karnataka.
Business Development- Identify new business opportunities through the following
Identifying new consultants across specialties and bring them into the hospital system as full time, part time or visiting consultants
Identify newer geographies to build catchment areas for steady referral of patients through various outreach programmes - Information centres, CME, Press event initiatives
Identifying opportunities to acquire or partner with other providers for programs such as outpatient activities, specialty clinics , visiting CMOs etc ., to ensure referrals for IP into the hospital within corporate organization.
Conduct outreach/screening programs/ health check-ups on sight , paid and free to identify patients for referral into the hospital
Identifying new corporate companies / Institutions and tie ups for IP and health checks- pre employment, annual health checks
Explore opportunities for Occupational Health Centres for large corporate or manufacturing industries with requirements for OHCs.
Identify corporate companies in other geographies other than local to build catchment areas for steady referral of patient.
Clientele & Account Management: Periodical visits to Key Corporate companies, TPA & Insurance Companies to ensure smooth flow of revenues.
Direct recoverable team to enable receivables from TPAs, Direct Corporates & State Govt bodies. Ensure intervention for smooth transaction between Client & Recovery Team.
MOU Renewals on Time & complete Empanelment periodically.
Business Intelligence
Keep track of the customers business initiatives, future plans and analyze its impact on the business and develop future plans accordingly
Analyze and track the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information and initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business
Results
Responsible for Revenue Topline from TPA, Insurance , Direct corporates & ESI performance of the unit (Revenue & Patient Nos).
Responsible for performance of operational indicators- New Registrations, admissions, occupancy, key procedures targets, Surgery Targets, Health Checks and capacity utilization across all specialties and targeted geographies.
Should be able to lead or actively participate in cross functional group assignments and initiatives.
Should submit regular periodic reports on performance of all operational indicators, financial indicators along with activity updates, competition and business intelligence for the leadership and recommend suggestions for sustained growth.
