Job Purpose:
The Manager Training is responsible for the implementation, managing the center, budgeting and financial management and facilitation of company training and development programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Learning & Development:-

Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers;
Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and individuals;
Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level;
Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets and assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
Devise individual learning plans and produce training materials for in-house courses;
Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organisation;
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of participants through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
Ensuring that statutory and mandatory compliance training requirements are met;
Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;
Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;
Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;
Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.
Ensure that uniformity in training practices by either being part or organizing the monthly conference calls.
Assist in recruitment of associates for the Learning & Development team across India.

Service Excellence:-
Research on service standards followed in health care or hospitality industry and implement best practices that would enrich customer journey at NH
Conduct random audits at units to ensure that service standards are followed.
Review monthly reports from units and suggest corrective actions if required.

Required Candidate profile

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR/ related field

Experience: 8 -10 years

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proven work experience as a training manager
Must have managed a team of at least 5 - 10 members.
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage teams effectively
Strong report writing and record keeping ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
