Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

End to end Induction Orientation for New joiners & Refresher for existing Associates.

Delivery of class room training base on the TNI & Unit Needs on various soft skills and behavioural training.

Competency Framework

Training need identification, organization of internal training Programmes, interface with external agencies & institutes if any.

Research on service standards followed in health care or hospitality industry and implement best practices that would enrich customer journey at NH.

Conduct random audits at units to ensure that learnings are followed by the associates in work area, give feedback to associates at work.

Budget & Training Calendar Preparation, Execution, Documentation etc.

Consolidate monthly training reports and publish the same to the stakeholders at Unit & Corporate office

All engagement planner & Execution.

Contract / Sub Contract - Training & Documentation

Content development for Internal Programmes / Magazines /New Letter / Birthday Mail / Internal Communication / Employee development etc..

Documentation related to NABH / JCI Audits.

Any other responsibility that may be given by the reporting manager & functional lead related to Training, L&D and engagement
