The Talent Acquisition lead will drive several initiatives of the TA strategy for the organisation


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for Leadership hiring across the organisation
  • Build a strong Talent pipeline for key roles across the organization
  • Build a centralized clinical hiring strategy
  • Will work on Demand Planning and workforce strategy to plan for the organization structure and talent pool creation for critical roles
  • Capacity Planning for optimal resource utilisation
  • Work on Success Profile and fulfilment of Succession Planning as a part of the larger talent agenda of the organisation
  • Talent Partner & Recruiter Upskilling Training Recruiters / Hiring Managers on systems and end to end process
  • Develop a robust Candidate Value Proposition for the organization through building the Employer Brand across social media platforms and other channels
  • D&I roadmap and Continuous Improvement

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 10 15 yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong experience in end to end hiring process including talent attraction and recruitment process
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Should have experience in budgeting, talent mapping and talent acquisition operations
  • Should be highly passionate about talent acquisition
  • Preferred candidates with cross industry experience
