Job Description

  • Outbound and inbound call handling for order booking, sales and customer escalations
  • Customer chat handling for order booking, sales and customer escalations
  • Ensure 100% compliance per the process guidelines
  • Problem Solving for customer queries by coordinating with different departments
  • Liaison with customer for upselling and cross selling
  • Handle customer queries and explain about the product and offer information
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
  • Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries

Must Have:

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Preferably have a minimum experience of 1 years in ecommerce companies like Pharmeasy, Netmeds or 1mg for senior executive and 6 months for executive
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families
  • Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar roles in a D2C company
  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates should be confident, smart, and hardworking with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Kannada
  • Knowledge in telesales, telemarketing
  • Prior experience in sales tele calling would be preferred
  • Should be comfortable to work in shifts and on weekends Folks should be available for immediate joining
  • Passion to grow fast in a hustle mode
