Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose:Responsible for the financial health of NH. The candidate should be able to prepare financial reports and help the management team to understand the relevant key financial metrics. Guide the team in transforming to an automated digital setup. Should be able to create strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of NH. Work to help the senior management team in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute financial tasks and projects
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly reports to track relevant metrics and circulate the same with analysis to senior management
  • Prepare Quarterly projections for the statutory audit
  • To check Valuations for impairment / Equity infusions
  • Consolidate Analytical review – quarterly statutory audit
  • Incentive calculation for Liver Transplant
  • Calculation of PBI
  • Make projection to Banks for new/renewal of loans
  • Maintain the department/service centre master in Oracle, creation of new codes
  • Capex Budget & Allocation
  • Quarterly presentation to the Board
  • Annual Budgeting through BI, consolidation and presenting to the Board
  • Functional point of contact for finance from BI perspective - includes creating logic documents for Bi dashboards, liaison between BI & finance, creating new finance dashboards
  • Functional point of contact for IT team for automation of finance processes
  • Track NH’s financial status and regular performance to identify potential areas of development
  • Responsible for cost audit audit for the group

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance)

Experience: 10-12 yrs.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid experience of working in financial administration role(s)
  • Strong accounting and mathematical skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual basics and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to contribute individually as well support as a team
  • Should be able to work accurately and with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills- both oral as well as written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and /or other financial planning tools        


    PG:MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Finance,ICWA (CMA) in Any Specialization,CA in Any Specialization
