Job Description
The incumbent will execute marketing strategies designed to create brand & service visibility and community connect for NHs retail initiatives. The role involves analyzing data to arrive at customer segmentation, consumer research, end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns and working with external agencies to deliver engaging customer-oriented campaigns and communication. The right candidate is expected to be comfortable with data analysis, leverage data for insights and utilize the CRM system to reach out to customers in an effective and optimal way. The incumbent is also expected to work with the internal digital marketing team and agencies and drive online digital marketing strategies for ensuring a focused reach to the relevant customer cohorts.
- Initiate and drive discussions with the business owners to understand and identify potential opportunities for marketing
- Analyze customer data for behavioral insights and plan marketing activities supported by data
- Design and conduct interviews, surveys, and customer discussions to understand customer needs and behavior
- Conceptualize innovative campaigns to drive demand and deliver visibility for the identified business initiatives
- Prepare the brief and campaign highlights for partner agencies to design customer-oriented marketing campaigns
- Identify, through use of data and trend analysis, customer preferences related to content
- Develop, by partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies, engaging content for customers that is designed to stand out and enhance brand & product / service recall
- Propose the budget for the marketing campaign
- Plan and execute the monthly marketing calendar within the approved budget
- Identify the optimal communication channels to deliver maximum business impact
- Evaluate customer experiences and response to triggers through a continuous A/B testing
- Utilize the CRM to segment customers, identify appropriate cohorts and execute a robust customer engagement program through appropriate channel touchpoints
- Work with the internal digital marketing team and external partner agencies and drive online digital marketing strategies for delivering a strong ROI performance
- Measure, evaluate and report campaign performance metrics.

Other requirements
- 3+ years of experience in service marketing and /or brand management in a D2C business environment.
- Experience of planning end-to-end marketing campaigns .
- Experience of having worked with and executed campaigns using a CRM platform .
- Ability to analyze data and knowledge of web analytic tools for arriving at data driven insights.
- Post-graduate degree in Business will be preferred.
