Roles and Responsibilities

Job Purpose:Assist in planning, directing, and conducting an objective evaluation of diverse operations and controls within Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitals to appraise the effectiveness of the system of internal control.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accomplishing the annual Audit plan.
  • Assist the Senior Manager/HOD in developing of and be responsible for the execution of the Internal Audit Plan.
  • Assist in performing audit procedures responsive to the unique risks of the processes and report results of the audit. Coordinate the effort of other Internal Audit staff and other NH personnel in the performance of these procedures.
  • Coordinate and follow up for data required for audit and for management responses to help close the audit report on time.
  • Effectively communicates results to the manager/HOD of audited departments.
  • Assist the Senior Manager/HOD in performing management, financial and operation Audits in all locations of the Company to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Reporting on the compliance with Tax and other laws.
  • All audit documentation to be maintained in prescribed software /tool.

  • Desired Candidate Profile

    Education: MBA (Finance)/ M.Com. / CA Inter

    Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in internal audit

    Knowledge & Skills Required:

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must know MS Excel, Word & Power point
    • Proactive and willing to learn
    • Knowledge and understanding of Finance and Auditing Tools along with Industry specific procedure
